	Women who want to become members of the Institute must complete and return an application before June 30 for the upcoming class year. Interviews will be held during the last week of July, and the final selection made during the first week of August. Simply download an application and submit before June 30th. 					Each year we select between 15 and 20 potential Republican women leaders from around the state to receive this specialized training in politics and public service. The members are chosen by the Institute's Board of Trustees after an extensive review and interview process. Participants in the program are selected on the basis of their leadership skills in their chosen fields of work or service to the community. Those candidates, whose applications demonstrate achievement, commitment and interest in public/political service, will be invited to interview. The purpose of the interview process is to evaluate each candidate's leadership ability, communication skills, general presence, and sincerity of commitment to public/political service. Applicants who meet all of these criteria are invited to participate in the program.
