Institute Board & Members enjoy the annual Summer Picnic together at the home of 2007 graduate, Sara Walsh.

Several Institute members attended a meeting with Minnesota Governor Tim Pawlenty along with other Central Ohio business leaders. Members who attended were Beau Euton, Kathy Eshelman, Pam Hashem and Sarah Walsh (pictured).

Mary Spada (July 2008) officially became a member of NAMI  Greater Cleveland.  There are currently 17 members on the board Mary will serve on the education committee, and hopes to become involved with advocacy.

NAMI stands for National Alliance on Mental Illness.  Their mission is to empower persons affected by mental illness and their family members to achieve a better quality of life by providing them with mutual support, practical information, referral, advocacy, and educational resources. Kendra Carpenter (July 2008) merged her practice with Campbell Hornbeck Chilcoat and Veatch LLC. SheI will continue her family law and litigation practice, but will also be able to provide legal services in the areas of business formation and transactions, succession planning, real estate, employment law, estate planning, multi-state tax representation, litigation,mediation/arbitration, not-for-profit and health care organizations, athlete representation, and technology law. 

Kendra was also elected to the Franklin County Republican executive committee (Aug 2008).
